About Forklift Simulator

Forklift Simulator lets you get behind the controls of probably one of the most important vehicles of any heavy load industries, a Forklift Truck.

This particular version is based around the 3 tonne Forklift Trucks that are required to load or unload pallets from various Lorries within a Regional Distribution Centre or Warehouse. Loads will consist of perishables, dry foods, small household machines and items.

Your job is to face the daily tasks of any Forklift Truck driver in every day scenarios. Loading and unload the assigned Lorries and placing them in the correct positions within the Regional Distribution Centre on the provided pallet racks without causing any danger to yourself, work-mates and of course the environment. If you was to drive recklessly you would cause catastrophic damage to the workplace as most objects are destructible.

Don't think you'll get off lightly; you need to learn how to drive these incredible machines first with the provided tutorial missions. The tutorials are partly based on the key elements of real-life Forklift Truck exams. There are many ways to pick up the pallets; the tutorials will help teach you the correct way to do so with each type of load. It will also teach you the basic protocols of working in such an environment.

The forklifts will feature many controls such as working headlights, indicators, flashing strobe, horn, seat belt, ignition, engine start/stop routine and obviously the hydraulic arms. Most aspects of the environment are also controllable such as lighting, doors, ramps and many items in your very own staff room portacabin.

Some other planned features include multiplayer, but this will most likely arrive in form of a patch later in the year. A Mac version is also planned but not confirmed.
